Founder of Organic Sandwich Company, Marcy Miller developed a concept that encompasses local growers, bakers, and artisans. What started as a Farmer’s Market business, utilizing local vendors’ goods to make and sell sandwiches, developed into her thriving brick and mortar location on Pearl and 16th in downtown Boulder. Marcy’s idea for a community driven food option is centered around sustainability. Marcy continues to do business with the same values and ideals that she had when she started out.
